We inspect the membrane surface, seam integrity, flashing condition, penetration seals, drain function, and overall drainage pattern. Core samples reveal whether the existing insulation is dry or waterlogged. Full findings provided in a written report.
System Recommendation
Your proposal includes membrane type, insulation R-value, drainage design, and warranty coverage. If multiple options make sense, we price all of them so you can compare and choose what fits your budget and goals.
Membrane Installation
Our flat roof crew installs per manufacturer specifications and NRCA guidelines. TPO seams hot-air welded and probe-tested. Modified bitumen torch-applied in two plies. EPDM fully adhered with proper lap adhesive. Tapered insulation installed to create positive drainage.
Warranty & Drainage Test
Your flat roof gets a completion package: installation documentation, warranty certificates, drainage verification, and maintenance recommendations. We stand behind every flat roof we install in Medimont.

About Our Medimont Flat Roofing Services
TPO is our most-installed flat roof membrane. White reflective surface reduces cooling costs, hot-air welded seams create a watertight bond stronger than the membrane itself, and manufacturer warranties run 15-20 years. We install 60-mil and 80-mil TPO, fully adhered or mechanically attached over polyiso insulation.
Flat roof leaks usually happen at penetrations, seams, or flashing details, not in the middle of the membrane. We locate the source with electronic leak detection or flood testing, repair it properly, and address the root cause. If the membrane is shot, we recommend replacement, not a band-aid.
